Re: Distant Newbie
I sell property to people looking for a holiday home or for investment. Bansko is a dual season resort with skiing in winter and various activities in summer including walking, mountain biking, fishing and golf.
There are some really good properties out here so people come to look at investing.
Knight Frank published their report on world prices yesterday and Bulgaria was number one again for capital growth
when I am not working I am usually either out with friends (food and drink out here is dirt cheap, a beer would cost about 50-70p ) or trying to learn something. At the moment its Bulgarian. In winter its skiing. I did try snowboarding but got fed up when i bruised my rib cage.
I also tried to do a spot of sunbathing this summer but my pale skin got a bit burnt.
Other than that I just enjoy the beautiful weather. Today is 21 degrees and nice and sunny, the low taxes 10% and the nice pace of life.
