Two weeks to go

My car is going in with AMD working in two weeks time to get some work done and i can't bloody wait

right guys had my car done today. first thing Simon (manager) said " the engine is still tight and u will have around 80% to 90% of your full power. In around 300 miles u will have full power". So start up engine and no real noise difference as i went for res instead of non res (If u want me to explain then ask). First run on dc and fcuk me the response is awesome.the power now kicks in at around 2000 revs and does not stop until red line it really has unbelievebie response now. The sound from exhaust at top end is nice. not sure if i should have gone with non res but we will see.

First race today as well. lotus elise had a go with one of these in the type r and it had me but not today 3rd gear and had to slow down then in 4th gear had to slow down again.

thoughts its quick and going to get quicker

When i picked up golf it had 14.6 mpg on the computer could not get it above 25 all the way home (kids in car). anyway normal drive to work i get around 36mpg (70) today 39mpg and on the way home the same. Done 50 miles and i've got 360 left .

Nice one. Might be a match for my old car now.
